New Vistas began twenty-five years ago as the vision of two elementary school teachers dreaming of a school in which children would be able to reach their full academic potential in a caring and nurturing environment. It was this premise which has allowed New Vistas to become an exceptional, diverse school of preschool through sixth grade students, each striving to fulfill their own goals and each being challenged to work at academic levels significantly above their age and grade level.

Walking into New Vistas is like coming home. It is walking into a family; a family of effective directors, talented teachers, motivated students and dedicated parents.
